I have been so very busy since my last post. I want to let you know about my four week workout I was testing out.
Well it was a hard workout but I made it through three weeks and I decided that it wasn't what I needed.
First of all some of the excerises I couldn't do at home you need a gym. The food intake was way to much for me to eat daily I felt over stuffed before I even ate 3/4 of each meal. I would say that the workout is for someone who was already fit and just need to get back on track not for someone like me who needs to lose weight.
I have always workout on and off for many many years losing & regaining weight like most people. My diet was to eat less calories which did help me lose weight but my abs still were flabby. This year is different for me I started to eat clean and what a big change in my abs already though I still have a ways to go.
I started my own workout program on Jan 29,2012 I started walking at 4.0 on my treadmill 3 times a week for 30 mins and weight training 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. Then I started running at 5.0 for 30 mins & walking at 4.0 for 30 mins 6 times a week & weight training 3 times a week. I have gotten stronger I can see muscles and I'm happy to say I lost 5.8 lbs so far my bodyfat is at 26.6 down from 30 I have lost 3" from my waist. I do use an app called myfitnesspal it helps me to keep track of my daily intake & more. I'm posting a pic of me before I started my own workout & will post another one when I reach my goal,
Today April 8th I'm so happy to say my body fat drop down to 22.6 wow! I have been clean eating and having a protein shake daily adding in it a tablespoon of TT's coconut oil & a tablespoon of flax seed. I feel reallly great more energy to get through my workouts.
I still have a flabby belly so I haven't reached my final goal. I also bought The Eat-Clean Diet cookbook2 to add flavors to my new eating lifestyle. I'm really excited to begin cooking.
You are gorgeous the way you are. Keep up the good work.
