Vermont Maple Sriracha Slow-Roasted Cashews Review

This was a very tasty win I received from a promotion that Try Vermont First was hosting on their Facebook page.
These cashews are flavored with all natural preservative free hot sauce (I love hot sauce) that marries the flavor of pure Vermont maple with fresh peppers and garlic.

You can see all the flavors!

My first impression eating these were they have great flavor with just a little bite of heat that hits the back of your throat.
The packaging is awesome with the tree and peppers it tells a story without words.
You should check out their social media page on Facebook and Blog

I wasn't asked to do a review but wanted to. All opinions are my own.

RedPack "Toss in the Flavor" Promotion and Review

Redpack Petite and Diced Tomatoes

When I think of canned tomatoes I thought of  adding them to stews or making sauces. I have never thought outside the box or should I say can.
I mean using them in other ways until I was asked to do a review for Redpack "Toss in The Flavor" promotion.

They are having a promotion that will run from May 13 to June 10 2015 on Facebook
During this time they will share their new collection of Redpack salad recipes that features Redpack Petite Diced and Diced Tomatoes along with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

As part of this promotion they will giving away each week a Grand Prize Picnic Basket worth $400 that will include all the tools you need make your favorite Redpack summer salads. How cool it that!

I received two 28 oz  Petite Diced Tomatoes, one can 28 oz Diced Tomatoes a RedPack Wine Tote with six light and easy recipes.

I made one of the six recipes called "Panzanella Bread Salad"
I have to tell you this was different and I really loved it and so did my husband.

Panzanella Bread Salad

This "Panzanella Bread Salad"  had awesome flavors. Fresh basil is one of my favorite summer herb to add with tomatoes. This salad was a light and filling. As my husband pointed out that this would be a great picnic salad. (He didn't know this was a picnic promotion)
The tomatoes were very sweet and tasted fresh picked. This salad is one to remember.
I can't wait to try all the other recipes they look so tasty.
Bye bye old boring salads.
