I found this Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe on pinterest. I have never ate or made anything Vegan. I want to try more healthier dessert recipes in 2018.

This was easy to put together all ingredients in one bowl and mix.

The cake came out so moist and delicious. 

I would make this again.

Ore-Ida Tater Tots

 I received a coupon  for free Ore-Ida Tater Tots thanks to Influenster. 

One of my Badge activities for this was to do a video or blog about my unique recipe.

 I must say I don't do well coming up with my own recipes I'm more of a recipe follower. 

I cooked up some Italian sausage and baked the Ore-Ida Tater Tots and added the sausage to the top then added some shredded cheese and put back into the oven until the cheese melted.

My teenage son and his four friends loved it! They ate them all. They are so tasty and makes me remember my childhood. I love Tater tots.

Tryazon & Rhodesbread Cinnamon Rolls Review

I was excited to  host my first Tryazon Party with Rhodesbread.

Over the years I always made homemade cinnamon rolls but now that I'm older I don't have the time and always looking for great tasting cinnamon rolls that are easy to prepare.

I picked up these two packages of Rhodes as the stores in my area don't carry the microwave version yet.

I prepared both packages. The cinnamon rolls in the pans called Bake N Serv went from freezer to a cold oven then baked for 30 to 35 minutes. I found that they didn't rise  very much  and tasted a bit doughy. I think next time I will let them sit out before I place them in the oven to see if that makes a difference. There were six rolls in the pans and the pans made an easy clean up.

Now the bag contains 12 cinnamon rolls and the need to rise before you bake. There are three ways to let them rise overnight, three to five hours and preheat oven at 175 turn off oven and let rise for hour and a half. Then bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 

These were a big hit during my party they were not doughy and tasted very good just like my homemade cinnamon rolls. The icing of course is the Best party it wasn't overly sweet just perfect. Someone may have licked the plate clean lol.

Everyone really enjoyed Rhodes cinnamon rolls and how easy they are to prepare. I passed out coupons to my family and friends so they to can enjoy these at home.

Johnsonville Fully Cooked Breakfast Sausage Review

Breakfast the best and most important meal of the day.

 If your family is like mine its hard to sit down or find the time for breakfast. It takes me three times to get my son out of bed.

Vermont Maple Sriracha Slow-Roasted Cashews Review

This was a very tasty win I received from a promotion that Try Vermont First was hosting on their Facebook page.

These cashews are flavored with all natural preservative free hot sauce (I love hot sauce) that marries the flavor of pure Vermont maple with fresh peppers and garlic.

My first impression eating these were they have great flavor with just a little bite of heat that hits the back of your throat.

The packaging is awesome with the tree and peppers it tells a story without words.
