After using this collection from CIA, I have never been
happier with my baking. These products rate second
to none when it comes to the final results. My cookies
and cakes do not burn or stick to the pans like they do
with cheaper brands.
I have always had to use a cooking spray or line the
pan with parchment paper to prevent my bakeries from
burning., with the Culinary Institute of America brands
there is no longer a need to do this. The quality in these
products assures that each baking experience with them
will leave you 100% satisfied.
The cooling rack is amazing. with it's excellent width I
was able to fit a dozen of cookies or muffins on it with
no problem.The unique weave design prevents your
items from falling through, like those on less quality
brands.
I absolutely love the cookie scoop, no longer do I have
to worry about cookies and pastries coming up different
sizes. It allows me to finish preparing a batch of cookies in
no time with it’s quick release scoop.
A big plus with the cookie scoop is that I do not have to
worry about having wrist pain after baking from my arthritis,
The cookie scoop allows me to use it with hardly no effort at all.
From the cooling rack to the maple spoon, these products are
a cinch to clean up with either soapy water or the dishwasher,
which either you prefer. There is now no doubt that I will never
buy another line of baking products other than CIA. With

The Culinary Institute of America has come together with their Master Chef's to develop a line of exceptional kitchenware for the home chef. This 12"x 17" cooling rack is a perfect example of the thoughtful details they have put into their product development, and because of that this piece won "Top Honors" in December of 2008 from one of the most well regarded kitchen magazines in the U.S. Sturdy construction, closely spaced wires, and the fact that this piece fits perfectly in a 1/2 sheet pan make this a must have for any kitchen

This large jelly roll sheet has been designed by the Maser Chefs of the Culinary Institute of America to perform to their high exacting standards. Heavy aluminized steel construction guarantees an even heat and prevents warping. The light interior of this pan helps prevent over browning. Most non-stick bake-ware has a dark interior which tends to overcook the exterior of your baked goods while leaving the inside under cooked. This pan gives you a perfect golden finish to your cookies and other baked goods. There is an all around rim which keeps your pan stable, and offers a secure grip for easy handling. We recommend not using metal utensils on these pans.
